UNFORGETTABLE REASON TO TRAVEL TO PARIS

June 8, 2021 by Paul

To some people, travelling is all about sipping a margarita on a beach and exhilarating, while for others, it is a chance for re-inventing themselves and also a chance to learn other people cultures and way of doing things. Paris is one of the best destinations you can have a great experience. From Eiffel tower, Musee d’Orsay, great cuisine to Sacre-Coeur. Paris is known as the city of love and a home to many world beautiful sites. It has a population of about two million people and is one of the most visited cities in Europe. Other than the Eiffel Tower, it has other landmarks and beautiful scenes that add to its great cuisine and beautiful wide streets.

Berges de seine

It is a combination of both history and natural beauty. The banks of seine is a world heritage scenery and a fulfilment to the sixteenth-century dream to turn Paris into a first city for walkers by opening paths and building bridges. It was just a road before being converted into a promenade in twenty thirteen. It is a 2.3km scenic walkway with beautiful views of Jardin des Tuileries and Petit Palais. Paris is a home for architectural designs and style that attracts many photographers and bloggers due to ample opportunities to showcase stunning sites. here are some of them;

The Eiffel Tower

It is in almost every photo taken of the Paris skyline. It was a modern artistic design by engineer Gustave Eiffel that he built over one hundred years ago. It stands three hundred and twenty-four meters tall and lights at night.

The Louvre museum

It is the largest museum in the world and was built in the late 12th to 13th century. It is known as the home of the Mona Lisa. The massive building has an incredible architectural design that is worth witnessing. Other landmarks are the likes of Notre Dame Cathedral, Arc De Triomphe, The Palais Garnier and many more. The French cooking style is considered the backbone of many western cuisines. It has therefore, earned a place for the best cuisines in the world and it is one of the tourist attraction. There are two major international airports in Paris, Orly airport and Charles De Gaulle airport which is one of the busiest in Europe. Here are some links that you can use to book flights from London to Paris and flights from London to Nice.
